Body therapy, a way to reconnect with yourself
You are here because there is something in your life that is not going well. It’s normal, it happens to all of us. Tension, stress, injuries, dysfunctions in some area of life or health.
All the tensions we experiences has its origin in our patterns, acquired in “survival mode” over the years. These patterns, that were useful at the time, are now obsolete and hinder our evolution.
Body therapy, what is it?
Body therapy is a field of work that treats physical and psychological disorders throughout the body, releasing tensions behind the body’s symptoms, creating a new balance in the nervous system and restarting the body’s natural healing processes.
The process is similar to a massage, but the approach is holistic, that is, the therapist is attentive to all the reactions that occur during the treatment, on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Body therapy lead us to rediscover the world of bodily sensations, to rediscover the feeling of a free body, and in the end: What do I feel? How do I feel about those issues that now present themselves as obstacles?
