My name is Martin. I help people reconnect with their vitality, creative drive, and everything related to the desire to live and understand where they stand and how they feel about what’s happening to them. All of this is achieved through the body, respectful touch, and physical training.
My education
With a degree in Journalism, I worked in Media and Publishing.
I trained in Graphic Design and Illustration, working in the field for more than 10 years.
I trained as a Breathwork Technician at the Institut Gomá in Barcelona in 2016.
I trained as a Bodywork Therapist in Barcelona and Copenhagen in 2018.
In 2016, I opened a practice offering Breathwork and Bodywork sessions in the Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona.
